We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with skills and experience, and offer a suite of benefits, including full medical, paid vacation, sick time and holidays, in addition to a matching 401(k) plan.

See if one of the following positions on our team is a fit for you!

Licensed Locksmith – Field Operations

This position requires a minimum of five (5) years of previous experience as a Locksmith, and will be responsible for independently assessing service, repair and sales assignments provided by a central dispatch desk.  It requires a California BSIS license. You will be provided a very well-equipped service van for all of your professional transportation requirements, so the person who fills this position will need an excellent driving record to qualify for this feature of the job. He or she must also be comfortable working both alone and with teams of fellow Locksmiths as service and sales opportunities require.  The successful candidate will have experience with a wide variety of security hardware from a variety of manufacturers. Training will be provided by senior staff Locksmiths on an as-needed basis based on the assignments received. Service and sales calls will include a mix of commercial, residential, municipal and governmental customers.  The size of contracts will range from simple lockout resolution to very large new construction projects.  This position will often be responsible for writing customer invoices for work completed in the field, collecting and processing payments and maintaining proper paperwork to return to the home office.

Access Control Technician – Field Operations

This position requires a minimum of five (5) years of previous experience as an Access Control Technician, in addition to a California BSIS license. You will be provided a well-equipped service van for all of your professional transportation requirements; accordingly, the person who fills this position will need an excellent driving record to qualify for this feature of the job. He or she must also be comfortable working both alone and with teams of fellow Technicians as service and sales opportunities require.  The successful candidate will have experience with a wide variety of access control security and surveillance systems from a variety of manufacturers. Training will be provided by senior staff Technicians and on an as-needed basis based on the assignments received. Service and sales calls will be primarily commercial, but will also include municipal and governmental customers.  The size of nature of access control customer contracts will vary greatly.  This position will often be responsible for writing customer invoices for work completed in the field and maintaining proper paperwork to return to the home office.

Pre-licensed Locksmith – Shop Operations

This position requires a minimum of two (2) years of previous experience as a Locksmith and be eligible to become licensed (or re-licensed, if expired) through the California Bureau of Investigative Services (“BSIS”).  Although the position does not require a BSIS license initially, only candidates who meet the eligibility requirement for licensing should apply, as livescans will be performed once an offer of employment is made.  The person in this position must be comfortable communicating with shop customers and working both independently and working closely with other shop staff members, including Company leadership, to solve technical problems and receive training in new and unfamiliar areas.

Store Front Sales Clerk and Locksmith Trainee – Shop Operations

Although previous experience is always a plus, this position does not require any previous experience as a Sales Clerk or Locksmith as we will provide any training and supervision needed.  It does, however, require a genuine desire to learn and contribute as a team member.  This position will be responsible for greeting customers at the store-front counter and determining what service or product they need.  He or she will also be responsible for operating a cash register and the associated point-of-sale system.  Locksmith training from some of the best Locksmiths in the business will begin almost immediately, and continue as part of the job.  As we ideally want to groom Field Locksmith talent from within, so persons applying for this position should not have anything in their background that would prevent them from receiving a Locksmith license from the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (“BSIS”) at some point in the future. For example, certain (though not all) previous convictions could be disqualifying for licensure.  Only candidates without a record of convictions related to financial or other theft should submit resumes, as livescans will be performed once an offer of employment is made.
